It is a visually beautiful place to live. Tho unless you have a boat, it can be fairly isolated.
But there is constant development here (nuisance at times) so I guess down the track, it will be like Noosa.
The weather is a bit milder than Brisbane tho. We get lovely sea breezes and I can't remember a lightning storm since we have been here. We don't get much rain and they used to 30 years ago. About the only time is when there is a cyclone, so it is getting fairly brown here now.
The weather is fairly perfect most of the year around until the couple of months when it is humid and you get tired of sweating all the time. The winters are ideal.
I spent a 12 years in Brisbane growing up I know the weather there fairly well. I married a Victorian so spent over 20 years down there. It is a beautiful place but I didn't like the weather.
Have you listened to the 2 videos Sean put on the forum today? He said to hold off joining each others groups etc. I did have a faint thought in my mind about whether to do this but I thought when I was getting all the invites that I was supposed to be doing that. So now I know!
I have been going thru the sites I have joined and tweaked them. Also reading thru the instructions on how they work. Haven't finished doing that yet. Also reviewing the videos. There is so much I forget, that I realise as I watch them again.
Where do you live Arren? I don't know what time they are planning on doing the skydive as to whether I will get to do it or not.
Yes I am enjoying it. I noticed you have a few sites to keep you busy. I have been working on foundations also. I have been meaning to do another blog the last few days but haven't got there yet.
Have been spending time with the family and doing things around here.
I am looking forward to Adelaide. Are you going to go skydiving?
I would like to but don't think I will arrive in time. My plane arrives at 2.15pm Friday.
It is going to good to catch up with those we didn't meet in Cairns. Sounds like a very busy weekend coming.
Smile a while and while you smile others will smile
